An icon which defaults at around 1500 px by 1500px with a dpi of 600 is around 5 United State dollars.
The Nepeta icon on my profile is a good example of the product quality you'll receive.
Something like;
would cost 12 dollars if you extended this kind of semi-painted artwork to a waist level it would cost 20. A fully rendered, not flat shaded fully body would be around 30-35 dollars depending on your character's complexity.
